1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajislot ("bajislot", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajislot website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, sports betting, and financial services offered therein.

By accessing the bajislot platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration and Responsibilities

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajislot operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, and withdrawal figures are denominated in BDT. There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied to player accounts.

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bajislot accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

bajislot offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL season, and BPL season. All bonuses are credited in BDT and subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bajislot bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applies to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Table games, live casino games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajislot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes an immediate material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or money laundering.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding service.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajislot staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajislot platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of bajislot or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajislot platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

8 Limitation of Liability

• Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from data feed errors, subject to our standard void-bet policy where applicable.

bajislot's total aggregate liability to any player, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their bajislot account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bajislot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity.
• Abusive conduct directed toward staff or other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bajislot support via live chat or by emailing support@bajislot (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding balance disputes or compliance flags, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the registered email address. bajislot will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bajislot reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
